The McJ M2HSS Inside-Outside deburring Tool is a double-ended, multifunctional piece of equipment that can be used by hand or attached to DBT base. The Deburring Tool handles all cartridge cases from .17 to .50 caliber. Most new cases have dents, irregularities and burrs at the mouth of the case. These cases should be sized, expanded and chamfered with a deburring tool. To prepare for accurate bullet seating, insert the pointed end to chamfer the inside the case mouth. Fit the open end over the mouth to remove exterior burrs. Sharp corners that result from trimming a case can be removed quickly and accurately with this tool by using its precision-ground and hardened cutting edges.

Decent
Definitely works. Solid, strong metal, very little wear noticeable after hundreds of rounds. However, a couple things to keep in mind:- it will not fit in any common drill. It’s about the diameter of a nickel, maybe larger.- since you’ll be working by hand it would be nice if it was longer, but it isn’t. I guess it’s easier to flip around that way but it would be nice to be able to shift my grip. So expect sore hands. But you do get more tactile feedback than using a drill, less likely to overdo it, etc.- there’s a little knurling or whatever to assist grip but they recessed it for some reason so kinda not able to touch the grippy part.Pros and cons. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a manual operation. I was using the shell holder from the Lee Case trimmer and putting the brass in an electric screwdriver and that worked pretty well, went faster overall. But it’s very easy to widen the case mouth that way if you apply much of any pressure. Gets the case mouth almost sharp real fast. Be careful you don’t slip and accidentally activate the screwdriver and slice a .224” circle into your palm (just, you know, as an example. I’m way too cool to do something that stupid and painful). Ultimately I went back to using it by hand. Though that’s partly the Lee Case Trimmers fault. It works but it’s work. Good luck

Well made but wrong size.
Doesn't work well for .45 cal. The male end works well but the female end just barely fits the .45 case, making it difficult to chamfer properly and quickly. It probably works well for 357 and below.

Well made tool
This trimmer is well made and it works correctly. It is easier to use than the Lee trimmer and far more accurately made then the Hornady Cam Lock trimmer set, which it replaced. It is an all around good value for the money.

Heavy, sharp.
This is a hefty little chunk of steel. I use it for bottlenecked rifle cartridges and it works well. I bought it to replace another one I had and it’s holding up well. 200 cartridges and it hasn’t dulled one bit.
