packaging method is not good for the hose crimp.
The hose was radically bent coming off the regulator. They rolled it up in such a way that it just can't be good for it. But, that being said, it works. I learned something that I'll pass on, some large BTU appliances will fail to light in cold temperatures with a single stage regulator. I reckon the rapid compression of just one stage makes the propane liquefy again or something? My tankless propane hot water heater would not light up below 60 degrees. Worked GREAT above 60. I tried several things like two tanks into the single regulator- no luck. But I figured a dual stage regulator would constrict the propane less abruptly and allow the gas to flow better, and I was right this time, the dual regulator was what I needed all along. It's not gotten below 40 yet but it's still working. WooHoo! - But I'll be checking for leaks often at that hose crimp. And I did buy a cheap one first because I had no idea if it would actually work. If not for the bent up hose it would have been 5 stars, it actually seems well built.

It works and didn't leak. I'm happy
Works well, the plastic where it attaches to the tank seems to be pretty good quality, and the hose is nice and thick so it should be pretty abrasion resistant.I got it to hook up my 20lb grill tank to.my generator and it works very well.Note: my 10KW (8.5 on LPG) generator will run that 20lb tank dry in 3hrs with a fairly light load. If you're getting to do that, keep that in mind. I only use LP to keep it running long enough for me to go buy more gasoline if I run out.
