Bad quality control
I don't know why, but one chain came shorter than the other. Wish both chains were on the longer side so I could add more plates.Update:Seller reached out and sent me a replacement set. The chains are of equal length. Good customer service. Would recommend.

Tripled my leg exercsises
I'm a 54-year-old woman who suddenly started experiencing weird hip pain and weakness after a big house move. Very scary. Sometimes felt like my leg might give way walking down the stairs. Pain medication only helped a little, so I had to face the fact that exercise was my only hope. Got myself a used Total Gym, which offers very few leg exercises. I found this product through watching Sliding Bench Trainer's videos and am very glad I did. Using the chains I've tripled the amount of leg exercises available to me (note: I probably could have done the same movements without the chains, but using the short cables would require a level of dexterity and limberness I don't have yet. These just make it a lot easier to get everything hooked up). Yes, I could have probably gotten just a pair of chains a lot cheaper at the hardware store, but I can't be bothered with figuring out what could handle the weight load or, more importantly, dealing with a sales associate to get them cut. The price does seem a little high but it does come with carabiners (necessary) and extra handles (not necessary. I would have loved a cheaper option without these). These also have a nice smooth satin finish so they aren't rough to handle. Oh, and they might be good for carrying heavy weights around, which I don't anticipate doing.

Awesome new product from Vikingstrength!!!
While I do use this for its original and obvious intended purpose, my favorite thing about the new Farmer's Walk apparatus from Vikingstrength is that, when using dumbbells for my lower-body workouts, I can now "drop the weight" from mid-thigh height to knee or shin-height. This allows my arms to be able to hang more naturally, even with heavy weight, when performing dumbbell-squats, split-squats, lunges, etc., without worrying about always needing to engage my deltoids to statically hold/maintain the dumbbells (or any other weight) wider than thigh-width, in order to keep the weight(s) from hitting/bumbing my thighs. This predicament has always been a "pet peeve" of mine, but this system remedies that problem. The T-bar strap attachment is also a great addition to the kit, as it allows you to quickly and conveniently wrap it around or through whatever source of weight you choose, thus enabling you to perform bent-over rows, as well as several other rowing movements/variations. Thanks, Vikingstrength, for yet another fantastic product! Five stars and two thumbs up!!!

Just Okay.
They're okay, but a little awkward because the weights are positioned vertically. So you really have to shorten the chain up or they will drag. The weight moves around a bit with your stride, and that's awkward as well. Overall they're worth it because they're so cheap, but be aware you get you what you pay for.

They Work Like They Should
I have never done any farmer walks, and they are NOT EASY... lolThe handles and chains worked great, it is getting used to adding weights to these devices that will take some practice. My workout space is only 13 ft from end-to-end, so I did 4 laps each set for roughly 48+ feet a set. My forearms felt like they were going to explode...lolNext time I will hang them from my spotting bars on my rack instead of laying them on the floor between sets. This way, the chain and handle will stay positioned. Otherwise, you have to keep bouncing them up and down to get everything back into place.I would recommend this product.

Chains way too long
The chains are way too long to be able to use this for farmers walks. I’m 5’11 and the 45s touch the ground. I tried looping it a couple of times round two 45s and it’s too short to reach, but if I just loop it once it’s too long to use. Really poor product.

Works really good, however.....
It will drag the ground if you don't loop it twice. It works fantastic after that.
