Excellent sound right out of the box. We'll have to see how durable it is; how long it will hold pitch, but a great price if the harp holds up. The packaging is kinda "over the top"....much more than needed. So far, only key of C available....hoping Newmic offers other popular keys like A, F, etc

My C came with an almost useless 2 and 3 draw and an additional 2 notes that wouldn't sound because of bad gapping. It's a shame too because the price, fit/finish and looks are all terrific. It has a great look and feel, the potential is there, something was just lacking on the QC end of things...at least with mine. Some reeds were not centered, some were even twisted. At this price they could blow the lid off the industry, just need to take a few additional steps to insure quality.

I play mostly Suzuki Fire Breath and promasters harmonica and some Hohners and Sydels. I needed a loud harp for an outdoor gig and decided to try the Jupiter because it is suppose to be loud. I am blown away at how loud it is, I have to wear ear plugs while playing indoors (no kidding). This is the tightest harp I own it even beats my valved Promaster harps. It bends easily and the finish is very good, although I did slightly file the corners to smooth them out. I will be ordering some other keys

I have played musical instruments and find that several of the notes are not true...Hole 2 Draw does not work and 8,9 and 10 are really more of a noise than a musical note. Instructions should include some recommended means of cleaning and disinfecting.I am just learning the instrument so I confine my lessons to holes 2 thru 6.Richard Jarzemski
