My First Lamp was somewhat broken..but I’m delighted to say I’ve been sent a replacement & im happy with the lamp & how the company dealt with the correspondence & replacementHighly recommend

Bought for my friends bday as she has breathing difficulties. She's just opened it and let me know that there's not even a bulb included?? Clearly states it comes with the bulb! Cos I ordered in advance, the returns window is closed. So stuck with a lump of salt.

Lamp looks how should but one bulbs doesn’t work and second was broken, in cable no fuss.Seller should check every thing before send.

It's really nice and big, but it came without the cable base and bulb...however I complained to the seller and they sent me the missing parts immediately. So I'm happy

Light fitting didn't last long. Have to change the whole cable and bulb fitting as it stopped working after about 2/3 weeks. Looks nice though.

Unfortunately no light fixings was in the box. So it's not a salt lamp it's just a salt crystal

Absolutely amazing, so much bigger then I thought it would be, the only reason it's not 5 stars is because the state of the package when it was delivered, the box was battered and some of the cardboard is stuck to the top of the lamp.

Did not have dimmer, which is why I chose this seller in the first place.Also stopped working after about a week. Tried replacing bulbs but no luck.
