Added water everyday and the pump stopped working by the end of the day. Water was just trickling out. Sending it back. Too bad because it looked so nice in the front of our home.

Not only is was the product used/dirty, it’s clearly a different fountain than what’s displayed in the photo.

Love the look of it but I bought it as a Christmas gift and the top bowl is already leaking.

This fountain is jankey. The hose to the top leaked and the water fall had to be adjusted. It leaks water so you have to refill the reservoir every couple hours. It's not losing water from the waterfall it's actually leaking from the reservoir. I would recommend upgrading to a better fountain. I knew it wouldn't be great at $200 but I would be cool with it if it was $80; not worth the price.

Previously I wrote “It’s actually very nice but I didn’t receive the pump :(“ After receiving awesome customer service, this seller replaced the entire fountain and I received all of the accessories to it. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Thanks again!

Easy set up, the lighting is perfect and the water flow is soft and slow. Perfect

It worked great for a while but it just stopped working. Actual use is under 10 times. I’m very disappointed as I initially gave it 5 stars. Don’t know any more Troy or shooting to do.
