I was so lucky to find these. I had a four pack but one went down the garbage disposal. On a fluke I checked amazon and there they were! These are great knives! You always know a great knife when the metal goes all the way down the handle in one solid piece - these are made in Germany and are a fantastic buy!

The knives are sharp, but the quality is very disappointing. After only one month of normal use, stains started appearing on the blades. I took good care of them and did not misuse them, so this is very frustrating and unacceptable for a knife set. Sharpness alone does not mean good quality. I expected much better durability. Overall, I am really disappointed with this purchase.
