I recently went to winch rope on a 9K Warn on a 2000 Jeep TJ. I changed out the roller fairlead for several reasons. It stuck out to far from the bumper and the weight!! The roller fairlead was about 15# And this replacement was about 5#!! That being said the new fairlead it great!! Very high quality, great material, perfect slot height and fit for the winch drum height and the 10” bolt pattern. It’s thick though to handle the pull load and sets in about 2” deeper than the roller. Between the change from steel cable to rope and roller to this fairlead the complete winch assembly is about 30 pounds lighter!! And it looks good and it a safer winching setup than I had prior!! Win win!! Ps: one more note. This fairlead came with Allen socket type attachment bolts. My Warn setup wouldn’t allow for removing the bolts to be removed from the winch plate. They hit the winch housing!! Fortunately, this fairlead allows for that. The mounting holes are big enough to allow the bolts to come through and place a flat washer, lock washer and nut on the outside of the fairlead. My bolts were not long enough to use a nylock style nut but I could get a spring lock in place and still had thread depth when torqued @ 60#’s. It’s a very functional and stable setup. Very glad I got this fairlead, I would buy again!!

Obviously a simple product, but finish is very good, mounting hardware is good quality. Can’t complain about anything. This is for a full size truck winch, not Atv or side by side size.
