After gaining way too much weight in my 40's, I finally got my stuff together and have been working out and eating better. Rather than just lose weight without working out, I decided to give Ignite a try (Blue version). I'd been working out for over a month already and wanted to see how this would help push me more.Wow, this really did it. I didn't feel a manic rush or anything, but I was able to push further in my workout. Sometimes, we'll let our heads get in our way of pushing a couple more reps, but Ignite definitely helped me get out of my own way. I was able to push harder without feeling overcaffeinated or anything like that.I was just able to feel way more focused on my workout and rather than do a lot of stop and starts, I was able to push through a full 40 minutes of weight training without wanting to stop or feel like I couldn't push any further. I didn't feel heart palpitations or anything like that either which I didn't know since I'm 55. So after losing nearly 30 lbs (healthy way) in a month, I'm happy to add Ignite to my second month to see if I can keep up the good weight loss while eating much better too.For those older folks, this definitely can help without feeling like your going to have a heart attack...naturally check with your doctor first though!

For a product that has no added dyes, no calories and is vegan it still has the effect of a normal pre workout without having to worry about unnecessary ingredients. The only downside is the price.

Taste is amazing just like an ice cold drink you would want to enjoy during the summer. There was a minimal pump aspect to it, I did get some energy but I also had some jitters.

It smells like chemicals every time I take a drink. Overall it works as a pre workout but the smell every time I drink it was awful. I love the protein but, Won’t buy this again.
