This was a perfect gift for my mum for Christmas for her to have her favourite photos available all the time.

Have bought NIX frames before but liked the size of this frame and reviews seemed to be good. I regret my decision. Picture quality is awful (screen flickers badly and weird grey colours in shadows) Remote control is laggy. Menu is very poor. Item feels cheap and of poor quality overall. Don’t buy this.

I had to use Photoshop to batch scale-down the images to KB size in order to have them detected and loaded for viewing.

Spent a little of time reading reviews. The screen when working was very clear. After half an hour the screen started to flicker and never stopped. Essentially an excellent screen in a badly designed housing. Avoid. Problem is, there are hundreds of similar products on Amazon, probably pumped out by the same Chinese ‘white label’ factories. It really is a bit hit and miss whether you get a good one.

When the picture frame arrived the memory card drive was broken. But Amazon put me in touch with the vendor straight away, and a new frame was sent out as soon as they realised the problem couldn't be resolved. Excellent customer service from both Amazon and YENOCK/SSA.
