So far so good
We just got it out of box. Directions were easy to follow and both 4 and 7 were able to open within one try of the demonstration. Password change also easy. We will see how long batteries last bc they are rolling bills in and opening up the safe to retrieve them and then rolling them in again. Overall, so far, so good.Edited to add: easy to reset (button to push with a toothpick on front) when kid forgets password :)

Very disappointed
Had this safe four months when I’ve just found out that they don’t even lock for real and make the sound it makes you put in a password plus your finger print but in reality all you do is just open the door and really don’t lock. it’s a fake, not worth the money. It’s something that you find at Family Dollar for a child.

This is my daughters favorite safe
My daughter (8) loves this safe. You can easily add a pin code to lock the safe and only allow one person the ability to access it. There is plenty of storage inside for multiple denominations of money.

Shortened out not even a month after my daughter got this
Shortended out not even a month after i gave this to my daughter for her birthday the whole 2 rows of numbers stopped working. Even tried new batteries and pushed the reset button nothing wont even open. And she has money in it.

This thing sucks
I bought this for my son as a fun storage for his chore money. You put the passcode in, use the fingerprint, then turn the wheel but it's SO HARD to turn and maybe 90% of the time, it won't even open. You're suppose to put it on a flat surface to turn but even so, it's a struggle and I absolutely regret buying this junk. My husband is a locksmith and even he has trouble opening it and thinks it's a worthless piece of junk. I wish I got a regular piggy bank instead.

Poo!
It wouldn't let me make my own password and it just kept it as 0000.😠😡😠😡😠😡Did not come with any instructions! Very unhappy with this product!If I'm able to get a refund I would like one!I know I ordered this this summer for a Christmas present.. which makes it non-refundable! But It is a totally unusable item.. I really would appreciate a goodwill gesture by you to refund it or replace it!
