Works on my joint and muscle pain
I tried this oil along with many other products to see if something might help reduce certain tendon and muscle pain I deal with. For what ever reason, Arnica helps relieve ongoing pain issues due to over stressing muscles, joints and tendons. I am retirement age and as anyone knows, nothing seems to heal well as you age. It is like you pull a muscle or tendon and that is it. You are stuck with the pain forever. Well, this stuff seems to help relieve the pain and with regular use on the affected area, will eliminate it. I had a bad issue with my lower leg when I decided to do a bit of running for a cardio work out as per my cardiologist's instructions. Of course, my right lower leg developed an issue in the calf. I tried all kinds of creams and such and nothing helped. I decided to try this and after a month, the pain dissipated and after a second month it went away completely. Now I use from my knees to my ankles before running and so far so good. The pain has not come back. Everyone is different. All I know is that this oil works for me. If you have stress injuries this stuff is worth a try. Also, it does not have a strong smell like many pain creams do. I know I am going to continue using it.

Really nice soothing oil
My massage therapist used this on me and I really liked it. I ordered some for myself The scent lasts a long time but it does have lemon grass that is not my favorite smell. I am grateful for the pump too as the oil can be a little messy. The arnica is very soothing.

What an oil, it's so easy to be absorbed and leave skin healthy. I use it to massage after long runs and cycling. Smell is not the best but it's so reliefing and scent is nice.
