I love this product! Great for fraying and any type of cooking! Doesn't leave a taste on the food at all! The value for the money is great! The heat level is pretty incredible you can fray multiple times with the same oil! Seal all meats good! And the smell it's very neutral!

I use a lot of avocado oil, especially for making mayonnaise. With the small bottles I was getting tired of running out all the time, so I finally opted for this giant bottle.It seems like good quality, with a very neutral odor/flavor. I've gotten other brands that seem to smell more like canola oil and made me suspect they weren't 100% pure, but this seems to be the real deal.

Avocado oil has a lot of health benefits and we are primarily using Avocado oil for the last 6 months. We typically order another brand of avocado oil that was out of stock this time so we tried this one as a replacement. We could not notice any sort of difference so we are happy with this one as well. We are able to cook with this with no problem and it does not alter the taste of the food which is a plus. It is good to know there is an alternative product we can use!

Good oil for stir fry or saute. There is a significant reduction in smoke production as compared to olive oil. Very light taste. I've also used it as nonstick mist on the grill with good results. Healthy cooking approved. (Didn't give 5 stars because this is the 1st avocado oil product I've tried and I have nothing to compare it to)

Excellent Oil

The stuff doesn't smoke up the house like the other oil does. But damn almost 50 bucks for a gallon? I'll use a sparingly and I'll reuse it several times in my small fryer. We'll see how it works out I put it in a sprayer that I got from Amazon so I don't use so much in a pan. Works great on my cast iron skillets
