VIRTUE Flourish Sulfate Free Shampoo for Thinning Hair, Volumizing Hair Growth Product, Detoxifies and Repairs, Color Safe

For decades, I have only used professional products. I have used the shampoo and conditioner on my thinning hair for 8 months. I feel like I have more body, and it feels thicker after using this shampoo and conditioner. Definitely will be a repeat purchase.

Virtue Flourish is an amazing Shampoo that’s luxury in a bottle. Its smell is an amazing light musk. With it being so concentrated it takes less product I’ve notice than others to clean the hair and prep it further. My personal preference is a double cleans so shampoo twice especially if I’m using products to make sure the scalp is cleansed. People have stopped me and asked what I use and have had friends and other professionals buy it based on my results after two months.

Lately, I've found that most of the shampoo and conditioners I used to love and did a lot for my hair, are no longer available. If I'm being honest, usually when I love a product, it doesn't seem to stay on the market for very long. So, I've been searching for a new shampoo and conditioner of good quality that really helps my hair look as good as my past favorites used to. It's been a challenge especially since I'm over 40 years old now and my hair has changed in many ways. I have seen Virtue products "around" in various places online so I decided to do some research on them. Given that it is a fairly pricey brand, I didn't want to purchase an enitire 8oz and find out that I didn't like it so I was pleased to see that there was a small kit which featured 2oz of their shampoo, conditioner and minoxidil (which I've found out I can't use because it causes my blood pressure to drop because it's a vasodilator and I already have slightly low blood pressure). The shampoo has a very pleasant, light scent that isn't offensive or perfumey. It foams up well and really made my hair feel clean without drying it out. The conditioner was a bit too heavy for my hair, which I never thought I'd say about a conditioner. When trying the two in combination, the hair at my scalp looked a bit drab and heavy. However, everyone's hair texture and quality is different so if one person has a dry scalp and dry hair, this conditioner might be just what you need but for me it was too rich. Then I tried using the shampoo with a different conditioner and it left my hair looking voluminous, clean and shiny. I am happy with the shampoo but might try a different conditioner from Virtue since this particular type didn't do well for my hair.

This line of hair products is amazing! A little goes a long way. Products are thick and creamy in the bottle but light on the hair. I alternate the Volume and Curly products depending on how I want to style my hair for the day.

The price of this product (shampoo and conditioner) is absolutely worth it. My hair is soft, vibrant, full of body, and smells amazing. I have fine/thin hair and most shampoo and conditioners weight my hair down. I wash daily as I'm an oily gal, but this line doesn't damage my hair at all. On the contrary, my hair is in the healthiest state it's been in for a long while!

I like this shampoo, like the scent, and hoped it would do good things for my hair. Unfortunately, as some others have said, it seemed to actually make my shedding worse rather than better. Worth a try, but I'm going back to my old shampoo.

My hair is adjusting well to this shampoo. Loving my second product ! Can’t wait to stock up and purchase more items from virtue labs.

I really wanted to like this product. I figured if Jennifer Garner endorses it, it s worth a try. Thank god I got the travel size. First off, the scent. It’s disgusting and smells like Lysol toilet bowl cleaner. Then, absolutely no lather to it whatsoever. Just a weird blob to plop on the top of my head. Then the rinse out. I couldn’t even run my fingers through my hair without pulling massive clumps of hair out of my head! I thought this shampoo was supposed to preserve and protect my hair! I used the conditioner as well. Was hoping for creamy, silky conditioner that literally starts hydrating as you apply it. Nope. Dried out my hair as if I poured a bottle of chemicals on my head. So depressing as I watched more hair clumps go down the drain. Then I towel dried my hair and had to do 3 rounds of detangling mist to finally smooth out my hair. I love trying new products, I love giving products a chance… But this was so bad that it’s going straight to the garbage.

Lovely shampoo, it is quite expensive because it gives a great lather you only need a small amount it goes a long way. I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks but I already notice a difference, my hair is a bit thicker and much healthier, hopefully it will get even better over time. Would recommend giving it a try
