Did my research on robotic vacuums and used consumer report reviews to educated myself and this one came in very high in regards to dog hair (I have a lab pit mix) and it was not wrong! Only downside I've found is the collecting bin is small and needs to be emptied every other day for my 1k square foot single floor hardwood apartment. The robot isn't the smartest and sometimes couldn't find its way home when I placed the charging dock in the corner but once I moved it to a more central location, it worked great! Considering the price of the top of the line robots and the price of this one, I am blown away with how well its works. However after one year the navigation failed and kept thinking it was boxed into a corner and would work. Decided to upgrade to a self emptying model

I accidentally bought this used, and the vacuum stopped working within 3 months. Since it was used, I have no warranty and Amazon will not refund my money, so this was a complete waste. I wish I could give this product zero stars. DO NOT BUY THIS.

This vacuum doesn't work as Expected with an app does not come with a remote.

On my first one the connectivity started to be an issue. On my second one the dust. Container didn't stayed locked in. The vacuum kept leaving traces of dust and trash everywhere

It is not worth the price, this equipment is lost, it does not return to the charging station, very limited navigation, older models work better

There is nothing to dislike about this domestic goddess of a machine. I have a husky mix, a short hair and a cat. I myself shed long hair daily. It does the job and more. Seamlessly goes from carpet to hardwood floors. Then there is the mop function for after the clean. Also 5 stars. (Not on the carpets of course) It may stop because I have to empty the machine.(To be expected) It really does track like the advertisement shows you. I come into a room and its near perfect lines looking like the maid just cleaned the carpet. All in all, I cannot complain. This is actually my second one. I loved it so much I bought another just for the upstairs. (It still runs like day 1) The best thing of all.. not only is there an App for that, but... "Alexa run Domestic Goddess" (the name I gave it.) and Alexa makes it go go go . Absolutely 5 star in my book, a MUST have. (Also, I haven't had to use the customer service, but it is easily accessible on the app. Also on the app, it will tell you if there is an obstruction, the batteries are low, something caught in the main wheel or in the side ones. (It is very specific about which part) And tell you when it has completed cleaning and returning to charger. I know there are other brands. I had one of the first ones, but they are not as good as this one. At least not to me, everyones needs are different but this sure suits mine.
