Debating/researching what brand to buy? I did the same for many,many days on supplements. Read below! I love that Nutricost tests all their products. You can literally contact them, with the LOT# on the bottle and they will send you test results. Why is that important? Many companies for one do not provide tests results if asked, you will usually get ignored or receive a generic response. It is also important because a lot of supplements can have heavy metals/contaminates in them and there is no warning of this. An example would be, almost all Ceylon Cinnamon across the world will have some type of contaimenants no matter what. I purchased some from Nutricost, contacted them about what tests have been done, they asked for the LOT# on the bottle and I received the test results the next day. The tests showed all levels of contaimenants were VERY low / in the range we're the body will not be effected. Many spices have contaimenants so keep that in mind! We tend to cook with them and have no idea. Make sure to look up Third Party Heavy Metal Spice test results, you will find a few lists of which brands are okay to buy. UPDATE: This powder does a great job of reducing excess fluid from sitting g for extended periods of time and has a strange side effect of increasing libido (I'll let you look that up on your own though). My complaint is in the lack of directions. Simply putting a scoop of this in your water and trying to mix it will result in a clumpy, gross mess which led to my original 1 star review. For the best results, you will need a coffee frother to mix and you will want to tap the scooper on the side of your glass being careful to only add a very small, fine amount of powder at a time. It usually takes about 60 to complete this process to avoid the clumps. You will also want to use a straw to drink it bc it separates as you sip. In addition to these things, I also add an grape electrolyte powder to mask the taste. I hope this helps you enjoy a great product since this company has failed to provide adequate directions to use it. Happy sipping! This does NOT dissolve and it very much has an unpleasant taste. You have to drink it with a straw to suck up the chunks at the bottom so it's pretty gross tasting AND feeling. I'm going to do my best to continue to take it so I didn't wast my money on this. If I have good results then I will update my review.

Nice taste; seems to be working (kinda hard to tell with vitamins of any description)

I just opened my second container of brown powder. I see others have had the same problem. I have used this product for years. I used the first one but am afraid to eat this second one. I mix this in with my cereal which used to be oatmeal which I had to cut out because it is high in purines and causes my hands to sell. Am now using it in farro as my cereal.
