... the advice of my girlfriends and I am so glad that I did
I decided to try the Konjac sponges on the advice of my girlfriends and I am so glad that I did! This works wonders on my skin, clearing off makeup and oils and the day's stress with equal facility.I did some research and it does seem to be a sustainable, biodegradable, natural product. The first konjac sponge I borrowed off a friend to try did dissolve in about four-five weeks, so a six pack is a useful way to buy it, and I appreciate that packaging here, as well as the cardboard tube for easy storage and reuse! I haven't tried all of them yet, if I can remember I will update this review with the results of each sponge but the charcoal sponge doesn't offend my combination skin and does seem to help keep it healthy, doesn't aggravate anything and the sponge does exfoliate just enough for a good healthy glow. The only warning I would give is that when the sponge falls apart your fingers may go through it if you push too hard, and there may be bits of konjac flaking off and getting caught on your lips or face. It's surprising, but generally harmless and a good sign that you should replace the sponge.Overall, I love it! I will definitely be making this a regular part of my routine.

Absolutely love
I’ve bought this for myself and as a gift. I have very tough skin so I like really coarse scrubs. I use my regular scrub them I use these. This makes my face feel amazing. They’re soft and seem like they don’t do anything. Just scrub your face and feel it after, it won’t disappoint.My friend has very sensitive skin and this worked great for her too. I will continue to order these.Biodegradable is a plus!I see some bad reviews and I’m not sure that people are using them right. These will not give you a deep clean so don’t expect that. I use my regular face scrub first then I use these to buff out the rest of the dead skin. Yes it takes a few min for them to soak. Just run them under water when you get in the shower and let it hang until you’re ready to use them. They do not fall apart at all. This will change how your face feels.

These work well and priced great. I have been using Konjac sponges for facial cleaning for past two years and like the gentle exfoliation but thorough cleaning without stripping my skin. I have only used the red clay one so far but it has held up well and does the job. I have used other brands and the last one was terrible. After less than a week each sponge completely fell apart and they were "hollow" inside so I had to toss. These have No odor and were packaged very nicely. If you knew someone who loves face products or uses these it is packaged so pretty it would be a good gift item. I use my usual face wash and 1/4 pump is plenty to suds up when I clean. Will purchase again when need to.

Good exfoliation if you have very sensitive skin and can't use a rag or a Clarisonic brush.
I bought this because I wanted to try several different types of the sponges and I did find that it says you are not supposed to use them until they are fully dry, but it does take more than one full day to drive it in all the way through. So I hung with 3m hooks, to the back of my shower a few Hooks and rotate these out when I feel like using them so that I can let them dry all the way so it's good these come with several in there but the exfoliation for me is too gentle because I'm used to chemicals and a Clarisonic brush but I am glad I got to try them. These would be great if you want to use a more natural way since these come from the root of a plant and if you want to use very gentle exfoliation because you have sensitive skin and cannot tolerate other exfolients.

Great sponges, Great price, Great customer service!
I had a problem with one of the sponges deteriorating in a strange way, but Mayberry Health and Home took care of it for me. The others I've used so far work great, especially for the price compared to other konjac sponges. I am among the many that love the feel of these type of sponges, and I have also noticed an improvement in my acne prone skin. I have only used green tea and charcoal so far, but I will update this review if I have any problems with them!

Great alternative to loofah!!
These are really nice. However, you do have to soak them to make them soft. They come hard as coal lol!! The string does break some, but I love the feeling of them once you get soaked.
