Q: Where can I purchase replacement parts?

Could a representative from Sedu please answer this question? Impossible to find replacement parts either on the website or any internet searches. Phone number on website does not go through. Contact form on website does not go through. I paid $200 for this blow dryer and can’t replace the back plastic filter cover (very brittle) which is probably worth $5 - $10. Poor way to treat your customers. Bad way to coduct a busiiness.

Q: Does this hair dryer come with a comb attachment?

I don't think so. There's only the nozzle concentration attachment like you see in the picture.

Q: Does this dryer have 3 speeds? I have short hair. Low speed not enough blast; high way too much. Does anybody know a good dryer that actually has a low, medium and high speed (separate from heat/speed combinations)

It has two settings for heat, two settings for air speed, and a switch to turn off the ions (never will want to though!) and a cool air button. The speed of the low is quite powerful, and the high settings is ultra powerful. I agree that most other hair dryers on low can be weak and can be a time waster. Not the case with the Sedu!
