Q: Is this for toddlers?

The top two pieces could be because they are extremely small but the pants fit my nine year old grandson just fine. It’s almost like they didn’t belong together. I hope this helps.

Q: What size should I get for a 9 year old?

I would probably go with a large for a 9 year old. I got a medium(7-8) for my 8 year old grandson. He is not a big kid & is on the thin side. I don't remember if there is specific size info online. There is on the package but just for the size in the package.

Unequal size

Pants run 3x larger than whatever you order and shirt comes 3x smaller than whatever you order. Extremely disappointed. My daughter’s pants were dragging on the even when she wore them up to her armpits and the shirt I had to cut so she could get it past her shoulders and still barely covered her chest. Hat doesn’t come with a string. Absolute waste of money

My son ended up using the pants for his alladin production but used a different vest and shirt since these were such poor quality.
