kids prefer this brand
I cannot really say why but my kids prefer this brand of knee pads. They last quite well (at least the season) even with a lot of use. They fit well and are comfortable.

Maybe we just need another size but they were too tight and she has little knees. I do trust the brand quality though

Great fit and mobility
I am 5'7 and the medium sized Mizuno fits great and provided good mobility. Would recommend.

Not bad but can sometimes slide off when digging a hit
I'm an adult male and I've been playing competitive volleyball for decades. My daughter was complaining that the "old school" knee pads I've been using for the last 25 years are "out of style" and they embarrassed her. So I picked up a pair of these. The level of cushion is fine. However, they weren't overly secure when going down on a forward move, they'd slide off a bit. Because of this, I found myself MUCH less likely to go down to my knees for a dig. I'm now trying another style with longer sleeve length which will hopefully hold them in place and not slip off.
