Love this oil, the scent is citrusy and calming!

This is my favorite oil blend for nighttime diffuser. The lavender, and orange makes the bedroom smell like Heaven!!! It’s great to diffuse it in babies or toddlers’s rooms. It does not irritate them. It actually relaxes them and makes his room smell so clean and healthy. I do not do plug-ins or candles and only do the oil diffusers with natural oils. I love this brand. I have numerous blends and scents from this company. I have used it for over 10 years. I recommend this to everybody.

I love essential oils but i'm also really picky with them haha . I've tried so many sleep blend oils over the years and this is my new favorite! It smells exactly like - sleepy time tea which i love !!

Please allow me to start off by writing that Now Solutions is my favorite brand of essential oils! They have yet to let me down and are a wonderful value for real life use. Their company has strong ethics, no hidden shady past covered over by philanthropy and no strange pyramid scheme driving up the costs. Their oils are widely available with quality guaranteed and their standards match or exceed the brands you pay double and triple for. Please give them a try. Now about our use of essential oils and this blend... We use oils for general bathing, mineral salt blends, disinfectant cleaners for surfaces and floors, homemade body creams and sugar scrubs, laundry saop and softeners, perfume rollers and oil diffusers. Our traditional bed time blend has been lavender oil (Lavandula Angustifolia) and rosemary oil in the diffuser and on skin (from a roller ball with sunflower oil as carrier). It always helps me doze off and generally have pleasant dreams. However, when allergies are up in our area and nasal passages are dry and irritated, that blend can be too astringent and drying to use for very long in a diffuser. Even with a humidifier. So I wanted to try a sleep blend with other oils as an experiment. Ylang Ylang oil has long been used to promote relaxation so I am giving this a try but keep in mind it is strong and lingers. Not my all time favorite fragrance, but pleasant. While I do smell orange oil as the primary scent, as many reviews have mentioned, as I sit here and write this review, I also very distinctly smell the rich sandalwood and ylang ylang oils. The orange oil seems to bring them together in a pleasant manner whereas they are often primary fragrant notes on their own. Our bedroom smells like an expensive candle boutique and no candles are lit. I wouldn't pick this blend for sleep, but I do recommend it for relaxation and wind down time. Smells cheery and delightful. Almost a morning scent, but I'm used to it at night, so Pavlovian response: it helps me sleep.
