Q: Is it supposed to be watery with chunks?

Because it has coconut oil, the consistency will change depending on the room temperature. Coconut oil is a clear liquid around 70º and turns white and solid when it cools again. It can change often. The chunks are probably when it is in a state of changing and temperature variance throughout the product.
