Has anyone used it for a while? good quality? And I want to use it to test the data of my new dehumidifier, thank you.

I have used this hygrometer for 1 year and it works great. living the south, I aslo have a dehumidifier. I need it indicate whether I should turn on dehumidifier. It works great with the dehumidifier. Also, if you also need a dehumidifier, I will recommend this mylinskin brand, search for 'Mylinskin dehumidifier'.

Does this have a way to hang it on the wall?

Not really. It has magnets on the back so you could try hanging it using that. It also had a stand attached that can be pulled out, so maybe you could find a way to hang it using that? But no there isn't an actual place designated for hanging on a wall.

how long will the batteries last on continuous run?

I've had mines over 2 months and they're still running. The ones I have do not have back lighting which could be the reasons they are running still. I've never turned them off or removed batteries for conservation of the batteries.
