Game changer
I bought this TENS unit about 4 years ago. I use it in conjunction with going to my chiropractor. It really is a game changer! It’s compact, very easy to use, and the charge lasts FOREVER. Comes with a little carry pouch, and plenty of pads to get you started. I use it on my lower and upper back, neck, and shoulders. It’s an amazing unit!

Great Deal. Long Lasting. Super Strong.
This is very helpful, and the charge lasts a long time. Hits hard when you want it to and easy to find the pulse that works for you. I've used it a lot, and it's still going.

Small but powerful
Just as good as the chiropractors use, but convenient. When it arrived, I was skeptical because of it's size and cost, but it is great.

Early impressions - If you like to zap, you'll like this...thing.
(Initial impressions 5-19-23) It's too early to write a full review, as I only received it a few days ago and only used it an hour or two. Will adjust the review later when I have more input. If this review doesn't get updated, it's because I threw this thing in the closet, which means it doesn't do what I wanted it to do (say by mid-June).Initial impressions:UI looks confusing, but after playing with the settings it will make more sense. It's easier to try each setting than try to figure out what they do by the icons on the screen. Setting up the "A" channel and "B" channel sometimes seemed harder than at other times, with key presses not registering; a quick on/off cycle will let you start again...it appears to keep the previous setting from when you shut it off, but it's quick to adjust once you understand it.I've tried a few settings; I like that you can get anything from a slight "buzz" feeling to a throbbing sting. There are a number of "routines" and you can dial the intensity from not there to crank it up! Using it on my lower back, I can see how it could distract from lower back pain; it doesn't prevent pain, but it does distract it...like if someone slapped your face after punching you in the gut (but with electrical current).Like I said, I'm not sure how it will hold up to "serious" back pain, as I haven't used it when doing hard physical activity.Battery seems to run well, and I like that it's rechargeable rather than having to buy batteries. One thing I noticed using it on my lower back, it made sitting up against the back of a chair feel "strange"...the distracting ability makes you feel like you really don't have your back up against the chair, and as well, increasing pressure on an electrode patch will increase the intensity of the jolt, so it would make sense to not set a routing until you're comfortably seated.Quality of the components are acceptable. Buttons aren't too mushy, and the housing is solid enough to carry in your pocked if you're not wearing tight jeans...but don't put your keys in the same pocket! (comes with a belt clip, but I doubt it will hold up long). Wearing it in public is possible, but be aware you have cords leading from the controller to wherever you put the patches; I specifically chose corded because of energy loss and not into carrying bluetooth-type stuff around, so if this is a consideration you may want to look at the cordless options.Something else to keep in mind; it is much easier to have a friend or partner place patches than you doing it by feel, especially if you plan to put it in the small of your back or between your shoulder blades. You can do it, but it feels like a bit of a Piñata game.Overall, I think it has some value, and I'll give it an early thumbs-up, though I reserve the right to change my opinion as I spend more time with it. I wonder about "off brand" uses as well...like setting to highest setting and attaching to leg on long drives to keep you alert, things like that. Overall at the price point I'm satisfied; though if I really get on the TENS train, I'd probably look for something with a sturdier case and domestically-made if possible.

AMAZING PRODUCT FROM GREAT COMPANY
I upgraded my TENS machine to this updated version and love it. I often suffer from muscle soreness and spasms due to my active lifestyle and age at 51. I also have suffered from back problems for many years as a retired veteran. Muscle problems took many days before I started using TENS therapy, now it fixes issues within a day or 2. The pads last a long time as long as you place them onto the plastic holder after use. The customer service is very responsive and using this product will keep you away from the doctor and pharmacy, so much more healthy. Wife also uses for leg issues as a 21 time marathon finisher, Boston 9 times. So get this product, test the power, as it will cure all muscle pain. It can be used anywhere anytime, commute to work, at work, in bed, you name it. It’s also proven therapy used at Physical Therapy offices, that is where I got my first treatment.

works
It is hard to adjust power. same key for more than one action. It is confusing if you do not use it all the time. It works and do the job once you set it but next time you use it you have to set up again.
