Love these aminos! I found this brand listening to the MindPump guys. They actually had the founder on for an interview one episode. Hitting your protein targets can be difficult. I use these to fill the gaps when I feel a meal didn’t cut it or to help bridge the gaps if I’m in a cut phase. Definitely do not use in place of real food though!

I started using this before my trainings and I felt how it improved my endurance during the training and the recovery after it. I know there are 7 pills to swallow but I do it happily because I know this is a clean product, it doesn't have any taste or smell and it doesn't upset my stomach.
