Excellent choice and did my research on this product!

I use one drop of iodine a day. Adding iodine and magnesium to my day has been a good thing. Do easy.. no taste and pop it in to any drink through the day.

Wonderful products

Seems like a great value with minimal taste. However after reading multiple studies and articles, the general worldwide consensus is that for the average adult the max you should take is 1100mcg. The recommended dose of this product is 3 drops/1800mcg. Pregnant and deficient adults can exceed 1100mcg per the articles I've read (I'm not a doctor). Just do some research before you take the 1800mcg dosage reccomendation on the product.

Amazing. Very very high dosage. DO NOT TAKE 3 drops! Your body as a bodybuilder should take 200-250mcg. Which is 1/4 of 1 drop! Extremely small touch. This bottle will last you a lifetime. Jsut don’t take the recommended dosage. You will shut down your t3 Hope this helps
