I have Achilles tendonitis in my left ankle, and nothing was helping much. Getting an orthotic, using a heel lift (Skyfoot) WITH the orthotic, Ankle exercises, etc. I could walk, but after a few minutes, I would start limping with pain. I decided to try this, and within a week my pain was greatly reduced. I also started adding 1 scoop of Orgain Collagen Peptides into my coffee each morning, but I think this is the thing that made the most difference. It's still not 100%, but I went from not being able to walk more than a few blocks without pain, to being able to walk about a mile without pain. And when the pain does come back it's not nearly as bad. It's also cost efficient when compared to collagen peptides (20 servings for about $20-30 vs 90 servings for about $35). I've only done 50 out of the 90 days, so I look forward to increased pain relief as I get through the bottle. I'll update after day 90. UPDATE: It's been about 115 days and my left ankle is almost normal. A tiny bit of stiffness in the morning that goes away as soon as I start moving around. I just got back from a vacation with a lot of walking (8,000-14,000 steps) and only very little stiffness at the end of the day. On my second bottle.

I'd been having hip & knee pain from overuse and just chalked it up to getting old (56 lol). I was looking for a natural pain reliever to help alleviate some of the pain and stumbled across this supplement. After reading the reviews, decided it couldn't hurt. I ordered at the end of July 2025 and have taking the single dose daily since receiving the supplement. The first 2 weeks, I noticed I had more mobility and it didn't take as long to get moving in the morning or after sitting too long at my desk job. Here at the 4 week mark of taking the supplement, I almost feel normal enough to take up walking for exercise again. Game changer - wish I'd started taking these sooner! April was when my pain flared up (23 miles walking on one vacation trip & 26 miles on a separate trip) and now its just an unpleasant memory. Noticed no side effects, I just take 1 capsule when I wake up in the morning with my quercetin dose and go about my day.

Too early to tell. I have a shoulder with posterior subluxation and instabiity. The supraspinatus, infraspinatus, bicep, and possibly the subscapilarius all have tears. All have moderate tendinosis. The labrum has three tears. There are other problems. This is from an injury many years ago when no MRI was available. Also, posterior subluxation is very rare and very hard to diagnose without an MRI. After the MRI a couple of years ago, the doctors said no surgery. When pressed, they stated they felt the tendinosis was too severe. My opinion is it's my age as I am now 85. I'm trying to cope with eccentric exercises and pain meds. In doing some recent research, I learned of the possibility that Vitamin C and collagen might help the tendinosis, so I decided to try Acute Injury. I've only been taking it a short time. If possible, I will update this when I've taken more.
