It really relaxes you

I’ve had poor sleep for quite some time but have taken two tablets every evening, a couple of hours before lights out, for a few months (for reference, I’m a 140 lb woman in my late 60s). I can honestly say that I have not felt this good in years. The product has a gentle yet profound effect. I tried this particular one bc the label states that it’s organically sourced, and lab-tested (hopefully for purity?}. I tried chamomile tea first which gave a similar sleep but too many nature calls overnight. But if you wanted to check chamomile on the cheap first, get some Sleepytime tea. Best luck!

I've taken this for about a week now when I take it I noticed that I calm down like my nerves but I don't really notice that I get tired I do take it in the afternoon but it really helps with my anxiety and I really appreciate that.

I'd say the serving size of two capsules is approximately equivalent to one cup of tea without the steeping and hot belly afterwards. Very useful when I have limited time and don't want the problems associated with a tea drink.

These are ok, but they haven’t been as useful as I’d hoped. They can have a relaxing effect, but on their own, they don’t always help me sleep.
