Schlage F10 V ACC 619 Accent Door Lever Hall & Closet Passage Lock, (Pack of 1), Satin Nickel

Although keyless, this lock was installed on an outside entry door that is locked with a deadbolt. It replaced a Kwikset handle that looked similar, but was beginning to fail as it would not completely open when the handle was turned all the way. Since this was a replacement, it was simple to install once getting the Kwikset lock off. (That was a little tricky since Kwikset used an odd hex key that I no longer had, but 5/64 seemed to do the trick). Schlage doesn't use tricky hex keys for installation. Yes, there are a couple exposed Philips head screws on the door interior, but it makes for much easier installation. The handle itself is very solid and I expect it will hold up over time. The Schlage handles are a little more expensive than cheaper brands, but I think the quality is a good tradeoff.

I installed this on the backdoor of the house, something that gets intense FL sun all morning. So far the finish is holding up nicely. The product is easy to install, feels like a quality piece and looks nice. Hard to go wrong with Schalge IMHO.

We replaced our front door in Florida and added this handle plus a keypad. Works great, looks stylish and is a solid handle for interior and exterior doors

With a screwdriver I was able to replace these in about 5 minutes. Excellent product very high quality design. Much safer than plain old door knobs.

Easy to install!

We moved into a 12-year-old home and the existing door hardware had become sloppy with use. We replaced on 14 doors and it is a nice affordable improvement. Also, since the tightening screws are not hidden under trim, it is easy to cinch up these handles should they loosen over time. Overall the Schlage brand has a solid and robust feel. Works with either right-hand or left-hand doors. Handles on both sides.
