This stuff actually helps my pain. My son used it and he went and brought a whole gallon of it.lol This does have some smell, not that bad. I have COPD and was not that bad for me even with medicine rubbed next to my arm and neck pain.

It worked very well for me, I would order it again.

I have been using Biofreeze for years for back, hip pain. The relief doesn't last 8 hours, but does help for 3-4 hours. Use sparingly. I have the gel pump, the 3 oz. gel tube and the 360 degree spray. 2 for home, 1 to take to work. It goes on cold and doesn't really get too warm. It just feels good. I recommend it. It does have a menthol smell to it, but doesn't bother me.

it helps with muscle pain, I don't like the color green,it stains, it should be clear.

Biofreeze is such a good pain relief gel. I have used it for years and happy to continue to use it. Great for all the muscle aches and back aches!

The smell is strong but it works! Great value for price. Is a small size bottle but a little goes a long way.

Pros: - Not medicine smell, nor was it very strong (also went away quickly) - Did not leave greasy film, no issues with clothing being stained - Works great for muscle pain post exercise (I use after runs in combination with "the Stick" massaging) - Dispenser makes using easy and does not give alot each pump Cons: - Expensive - Pain relief does not last long (at least for me)
