I bought this primarily for decor in my work office and they’re great in that regard, providing a minimalist aesthetic. I love both aesthetics and function—functionally, these are great for productivity. More than anything nowadays I’m trying to fiddle with my phone less during work, so I’ve been using the 30 minute timer in intervals where I’m off my phone and focused on work.All-in-all they’re well made and look great. They are sitting on a wall shelf at my work office station. At around $45 I do think it could be like 10-15% cheaper but these things will last forever as long as you don’t drop them.

Looks modern and fits any aesthetic /ambiance well. At first I thought I’d want a 60 min timer but I love the 30min work and 5 min break concept. It’s of great quality and I also love how I can set the hourglass horizontally to “pause”. It’s made very well, offering stability and performance - great value for your money!

I've had to work from home because of covid but I have a lot of trouble concentrating when I'm not in the office. This set has been helping me a lot. I timed the hourglasses; the white one was spot on while the black one ran for about thirty minutes and ten seconds, which is more than adequate for purpose. The glass seems thick enough to survive small bumps. I don't think they would survive being dropped on the floor but I'm not about to try it. In short, if you want to use some version of the Pomodoro technique but with something more aesthetically pleasing than a kitchen timer, this is a good set.ETA: my kids found them on my desk and promptly dropped the black one from about 3 feet onto a hardwood floor. It broke, unsurprisingly. I kind of figured the kids would break them sooner or later, but I was hoping to get more use out of them...oh well.

These are great looking timers. I set the 30 min timer for working and try to take a break every 30. They look great on my desk - like pieces of art.

These time glasses are beautifully made, functional, and not too large or small! The seems to be very fragile but have held up nicely. They are beautiful and my favorite time piece!

I absolutely love these hourglasses. They are the perfect size and are very accurate. I have not really used them for time management or productivity improvement, but they look great on my desk. The wooden stands are an elegant touch. All of these items seem to be of good quality. I chose these hourglasses over similar, even slightly less expensive ones because of the wooden stands and very positive reviews. I am very happy with my purchase, and think that you will be too.

A fellow ADHD-er recommended I look into getting an hourglass for my workspace and wow has it made a difference. Maybe it’s just the high of buying something new and using it but…I definitely got more done at work using these than I did without. They’re a beautiful and functional addition to my office and I’m definitely a little obsessed.Packaged safe and sound, arrived perfectly in tact.
