This is a good product

I ordered this product because the description clearly mentioned that it includes two pieces (four sets), but I received only one piece. I thought it was a mistake, so I requested an exchange — but again, I received only a single piece the second time too! When I tried to return it, the courier person told me the return reason I selected was “not correct” and refused to take the product back. Finally, they said to just keep it, which was really frustrating. This was a very bad experience — misleading product description, poor customer service, and waste of time. I’m completely disappointed with this brand and will not recommend it to anyone.
