I use supplement as part of my overall health regimen. The studies have shown benefits to health so if you don't feel any improvement to your overall health immediately don't dismiss so quickly cause it is good in long term. I've been taking for years and 2 months before my 60th birthday, I'd say all that I'm doing to maintain goood health seems to be working cause I'm keeping up against youngsters nearly 1/2 my age when playing sports! BTW, my gel caps were all stuck together also but I put the bottle in the freezer overnight and the next day tapped with tail of a butterknife and all but one were recovered! You can smell the potency. Good for inflammation if you don't consume sugar or Fructose.

Very recommend product for who is suffering from inflammation, psoriasis. Recommend to take 4 pills. 2 in the morning before food and 2 in the evening. Price is on higher side. I would like to place a bulk order if price go down.
