Sitz Bath Salts

I didn’t end up using these sitz bath salts as much as I expected, but when I did, they were so soothing. I had a second degree tear and was wildly uncomfortable for days. I used a sitz bath on its own, which was great, but adding these salts made it feel even better. It gave me a tiny moment of self care during a time when you’re basically just trying to survive, keep your baby alive, and keep yourself sane. The aroma and the Epsom salt combo felt relaxing, and I really do think it helped speed up my recovery.

Nice smell and works really well the few weeks before birth when you need to soak. Great for aches. Did not leave residue in tub. Not over powerful in smell for those that are sensitive

I didn't receive this item from Amazon that I have purchase I used it very few sons and it works fabulous I wanted one for so long and I finally got it thank you Amazon and it was that a reasonable price

Helped for postpartum hemorrhoids and episiotomy healing tremendously! A bit goes a long way, specially with a sitz bath. Definitely a must buy for postpartum recovery.

Me encanta hace unos días q lo estoy usando pero hasta ahora si siento q me ayuda yo fui diagnosticada con síndrome de colun irritable y fui operada ahora estoy en crisis y voy muchas veces al baño no soy estreñida al contrario y se me irrita mucho esa sona creo q me a añudado mucho
