RumbleRoller SuperSet (RumbleRoller Original Superset)

Love this product, both the RumbleRoller (blue) and the Beastie (medium/normal firmness, transparent). I find the RumbleRoller quite comfortable even when I press with most of my body weight when rolling on it; it is certainly not mild but I have ordered the extrafirm black version for myself and will give the blue one to my parents. The Beastie has helped me alleviate muscle & nerve spasm in the neck just days after it arrived; I simply love it; I am also using it to alleviate tightened hypertoned calf muscles, seems like it is slowly working. The green firm version of the Beastie is coming along with the black extrafirm RumbleRoller, will see how that will work for me.

I started using my roller almost immediately after I received it and I love it!!! I only wish I would have got the longer roller, I did not know I was buying the shorter one. In any case both the roller, beastie ball, and the DVD are excellent and I felt immediate relief of back pain by doing the hip and glute exercises. Can't wait to go through the rest of the exercises and be able to do the whole body.

Nice quality and easy to use

I've been rolling out my muscles with another roller (more flat) for awhile. I got the rumble roller set to help with the areas that just didn't seem to be affected any more. The little knobs on the roller are FANTASTIC! I can tell that I'm really getting into those tight areas ad knots in the muscles now. Definitely a great buy!

This set comes in very handy for tight muscles. I even travel with the small spiky ball and it is a lifesaver after flying.

You have to go slow when first starting out using this roller. Your muscles will let you know what's tight.
