I bought this in May of 2023 now that I’ve had it for 8 months and towed a bunch with it I will be buying from this company again I’ve towed my dump trailer loaded with 10,000lbs (4535Kg) of rock plus the trailer weighing 5,000lbs (2267Kg) empty and felt save and it held the weight very nicely I’ve also hauled my 22ft trailer plenty of times with 3/4 Ton Trucks on it and never worried one time about the quality of this hitch. 10/10 Best bang for your buck

Using it to haul a 2,500 lbs travel trailer with a 2017 dodge grand caravan. After having a regular hitch and switching to this one, it’s made such a difference while towing. The van is low and I needed the height to elevate it so it could tow leveled and this did it. But, there’s more! I can feel the difference while towing. Everything feels sturdier, safer with this hitch. I greased the ball and that eliminated all noise and made it so so smooth when towing. Love it

Good hitch, no issues, I would recommending greasing ball, i did scar up one ball from a heavy load and dry ball and trailer. No issues other than that. One came missing the pins for the ball assembly but was probably a fluke. If the company sees this , please send me the pins lol.

I bought this to get a heavy duty receiver bcuz i haul car trailer with cars loaded on them and this handles it find takes the abuse but it worked good and now i have a name brand heavy duty one but i will keep this as a back up

Only thing that could make it better would have been locking pins. This thing is stronger than most othes on the market.

I love the ease of adjustment, height or ball flip. It is built heavy and stout. Hands down, cant be beat for the price.

Love the product. Love the versatility to switch the ball sizes over very quickly from one trailer size to the other. Durable product with no problems. Time will tell about the quality of the product. Very happy with the product.

Hitch is very heavy but it works great I was able to get the height right for the trailer I was hauling every week without an issue. I like how it doesn't stick out very far for the truck so the trailer feels more in control.
