It feels and looks as though it is hobby grade, not a toy at all. I am 68 years old and have been using hobby grade RCs for a very long time. I have lately been collecting the RC construction vehicles. Mainly the ones made by Huina.

The first unit was damaged, but was replaced promptly. Overall is an Ok unit for the money, Its not top of the line but did not want to spend thousands for a better model. Would buy again

My son and myself have fun with this crane. Wish they would make one double size I would buy one of them also

The Crane was fun the first time to play with it. Then we tried to charge the battery and it has sat since then. Tried another set of batteries and they did the same garbage. Going to try and rewire it. Do not buy this for someone who actually wants to continuously play with the Crane, they will be disappointed and on Christmas Day. It’s kind of a let down.

If I could give them no stars I would. We bought this product for our son for Christmas. He was super excited to get it as he had been asking for a crane for months. He played with it twice and then when we went to charge the battery and use the 3rd time, the crane wouldn’t power on. We tried multiple different power outlets and charged it several times to be sure. Reached out to the manufacturer, per Amazon’s direction, and they were very unhelpful. Only offered to issue a $10 refund for me to buy another battery pack (we didn’t even know if the battery was the issue). When I objected to the low amount, they stopped responding altogether. Luckily, Amazon takes good care of their customers and issued me a refund themselves. This product claims to have a 1 year manufacturer warranty, but beware they will only honor that if you buy it from their website. Amazon confirmed this seller is the manufacturer. We will not buy from them again. Also, one other thing to note; the battery life is horrible. It works for 30 minutes before it dies. I read a lot of reviews and product details before purchasing, but I somehow missed this one. Safe yourself the headache and purchase a different crane.

The crane is really cute. The track on one side is lopsided and hasn’t straightened up at all since having it out the box. The rechargeable battery pack doesn’t last at all. My grandson only got to play with it a couple of times. Now it will not come in at all. The company should at least give an option to order another battery pack. I finally found one to order and waiting on it to come in now. I’m crossing my fingers this battery pack will work and last longer than a couple of times play time

My grandson loves it (he’s 6years old) unlike some others the boom arm goes up and down remotely AND the cord attached to the hook goes in and out. Some other makes don’t do both, it’s just one or the other. Well built it’s a toy but it’s good value for money battery life is decent and the functionality is great. A fun toy

We purchased this for our 6 year old son for Christmas last year, and it is still a huge hit, and working great. It lifts so many things, and is very good quality. It is on the pricy side, but you're getting a really great solid crane. My son used to lift up some of his heaviest toys and it still held up well. My only very small mom complaint, is that the volume is a bit loud lol but that's every toy it seems! Highly recommend for your vehicle loving kids.

This crane works as a real crane on a construction site, a well-made, remote-controlled crane. In fact, it does everything a real working construction crane would do... authentic sounds, moves in all directions, crane pulls up and down.
