Have been dealing with a funky smelling dishwasher for a while and tried a number of different things. I used two packets for the initial clean and have to say it seems to work pretty well! I was impressed that it was significantly improved after just the one use. I will keep using.

This is an outstanding product. My dishwasher is 11 years old and wasn't cleaning dishes very well. Tough stains were still on some dishes after they were washed. My dishwasher is functioning much better after I used this cleaner. I don't have the stains anymore and all of the dishes are really clean.

Apparently I have the hardest water around! I've tried other dishwasher cleaners before; vinegar, citrus acid, and yes lemon koolaid. Nothing worked and I was forced to scrape the calcium off the heating element worried that I would damage it. So I tried this product! what did I have to lose? Hand wash for the rest of my life? No way! I used one cleaning pod and ran through a cycle. Oh my gosh! The heating element was clean of the chunky, caked on calcium. Success! Love this product and now I use the washing pods from the same company for every washing. I'll never go back to Cascade. Cleaning power: The photo attached is what the heating element looks like after several dish washings. Still no chunky, caked on calcium . Oh I forgot to mention...my dishes and glasses are super clean with no cloudy residue on them. 🤩

Really like this for my dishwasher. Love the sparkly clean scent after. Only giving it a 4-star because there are still hardwater stains on the inside, even after running several cycles of cleaner through.
