I bought this at the recommendation of my doc. Getting the right nutrition is difficult for me and longterm cognitive function is important. I'm "of an age", ya know? Let me preface this by stating clearly that I have some SERIOUS sensory processing issues. Taste and texture are among some of the top things that I struggle with and am also the most sensitive about. Not gonna lie - it took me a couple of MONTHS to build up the gumption to actually try this product. It just sat happily on my vanity, with all of its other vitamin friends, still wrapped in the craft paper it was shipped in. I finally decided to gut it out and give it a try as part of a New Year New Me theme. I unwrapped the product and, like any other person with SPD would do, I pumped a little bit out onto my hand. Uh oh. It felt like it might be a little 'slick'. 😉 I kid you not - my teenage daughter sat down next to me on the couch and pulled up the stopwatch on her phone. She knew I'd need to visually see the 30 seconds. Yes, I am that much of a scardy cat - I just knew it was going to taste awful and be oily and now I'm nearly gagging and what I THOUGHT was coming. I was WRONG. This product is not the least bit oily. Very fluid. It has a pretty strong citrus (orange-ish) flavor with a tiny bit of what I can only describe as a 'bite'. At the 30 second mark, I allowed my tongue to relax in my mouth and the lingering product was surprisingly sweet. I actually considered that I should check the sugar content in case my husband (a diabetic) wanted to try it, too. Whelp - there are ZERO sugars! That is a serious bonus! I'll close this up with stating that the flavor and viscosity of this emulsion were both surprisingly refreshing and I don't dread taking it daily. Not even a little. Be brave friends - it's really like a spoonful of 🍊 yumminess! ** Side Note about the pic of the product I'm holding in my hand. I hand write the dose/timing on all of my supplements with a sharpie. Again, I'm 'of an age' and I don't always have my glasses 🔍 handy! Thus the handwritten '30 sec' and 'brain' on the front of the bottle. **

I prefer the pump, has a great taste and I have seen positive effects. I typically use just in winter but it’s a repeat item for me. My alternative doc had reccomended the brand

I was excited to try this Nanoemulsified D3 and K2 supplement as it is supposed to be more easily absorbed in the body. So far, it seems like a great product although it is hard to tell if it is "working". The taste isn't so great... It tastes like eating an orange peel. Also, not sure it is 100% worth the price.
