Second one failed again
I have bought 2 of these in the last year and a half. They stop working after 6 to 8 months. Just wont turn on. And it is impossible to get a replacement.

Shaft is really bad quality and they dont sell it as a part.
The motor and blender are OK. After 10 months of using it we havent had and issue with the motor. But we cant say the same from the shaft, after 10 months it makes a cracking noise and shakes a lot. Not good quality. There isnt a way to service it and we cant find just the shaft in Amazon.Not recommended for restaurants, buy knowing you wont be able to find support or parts.

Awesome equipment!
I run a soup kitchen. We bought this one to replace an old immersion blender. We were so pleased with its power, speed and ease of cleaning. We blended 2-100 cup pots of roasted vegetables to make a sauce and it did great!
