Se lo compre a una compañera de trabajo de esas que se quejan de todo y de todos, de este teléfono solo le he escuchado elogios, ella está muy contenta con el rendimiento e este teléfono.

Bueno, rápido, y justo para jugar, buena potencia y transmisión de datos.

I am familiar with Xiaomi, they usually include a gel case for free with their phones, this one is no exception, there is a gel bumper case in the box too. But I didn't expect Redmi Note 10s has the pre-installed screen protector, which is really nice here! The phone I received seems from Indonesia or it's made for Indonesia market, the fast charger comes with this round 2-prong plug, which doesn't fit the outlet in the US. To the credit of the seller, they include a free adaptor, it works but the adaptor looks a bit flimsy, so you might want to get a better one yourself. As for the phone compatibility, I was a bit worried. Since Xiaomi and their phones are not on the whitelist of AT&T. In the past, Xiaomi phones would have no issue with AT&T or T-Mobile, but since the 3G shutdown, there is a big question mark on whether the unlocked international phones would still work with AT&T or T-Mobile. In theory, the phone needs to be on the whitelist of the carriers to be working and Xiaomi phones are not on the list. In my case, my cellphone carrier is a small MVNO and they use AT&T network. It took a few extra steps to enable VoLTE on the phone and reset the network parameters, then it works just fine for me! But I also heard other people have issues with unlocked phones after February, their phones stopped working, and that seems to be true for a lot AT&T customers. So if you buy this phone for AT&T or T-Mobile, you might want to do a bit more research.

Good phone, but wrong charger

I liked the feel and texture of this phone bought the white it's lovely in looks. However I had an issue the phone didn't come on kept rebooting over and over I tried numerous times but never worked wiped reboot, phone still blanks off. Thanks to the customer service of Amazon I was very happy reaching out to them explained my issue. I was able to rectify my issues the customer care rep was very prompt in responding to me and I am very pleased. Would not purchase a factory unlocked phone again.

The best smartphone I ever had in my life

Estuve comparando con otros modelos en las tiendas físicas y la verdad es que no les pide mucho a los equipos de arriba 250 usd, llevo 2 días con el, es un buen teléfono, solo la cámara queda un poco debajo de la competencia en gama media, lo demás muy bien, el cargador viene para enchufe asiático incluyen convertidor, (se hace un cargador de 10 a 12 cms, para tener en cuenta) pero carga muy bien, en lo demás tiene un 10, esta balanceado y optimizado para trabajar con el android 11, no le doy uso gamer, pero lo ocupo para trabajo todo el dia, llamadas, fotos, redes sociales y jala muy bien, se siente bien la pila, me gusto!

Really smooth device. I bought 2 together one for me Onxy Grey and one for my mom Pebble White as her birthday gift and both the devices are exceptionally good. Best value for my money. Recomended for all, specially if you are into games this is your call.
