Good arch support
These were recommended by my orthopedist to help with my dorsal foot pain. I have high insteps and these give me good support and have taken almost all my foot pain away.Easy to take in and out of shoesBought 2 pair

Nice but a bit short,
These are decent insoles, they offer some support and they actually feel pretty good. Only issue is they're a tiny bit short for the sizing.

Comfort at an excellent price
I have Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot, caused by a very high arch. I also pronate on that foot. I was in pain whenever I walked and my specialist told me to use this particular arch support. I’ve had orthopedic inserts made in the past, very costly, in the upper $100’s. This new insert was under $50. A huge savings, but also a great fit! Since my main exercise program is walking (3-miles every other day—I’m pushing 81 yrs old) this new insert was a wonderful find.
