Very strong, use only a small amount. Everyone is different, I’d start low first. Too much and it’ll itch.

This stuff works, really, really well. I work in a hot kitchen all day, I have used every other brand and none of them work like this stuff does. It smells clean, doesn't leave a bunch of marks on my tshirts and it keeps me smelling clean and fresh all day. I won't be using anything else, very impressed.
