The product functions as intended but I am either too used to the scent or it dissipates too quickly. Good natural alternative that doesn’t require any electricity or waste. Very easy to implement. If you are someone looking for a stronger, lasting scent, I would recommend something different long term.

I bought this in hopes of not needing to get the vent clip-on scents. Everything looks nice and doesn't require batteries or plugging in. It does need a decent amount of light, well UV it seems. The scents included smell very nice and I was hopeful. I placed it in the middle of my dash so it gets plenty of sunlight (and airflow from defroster). First day, it smells good but very light. Next day, no scent. I added more oil to the ring, and had the same very light scent. Next day, nothing. Then I really soaked the ring, and still got the same result. I tried the other scent, and still could not get anything that would last. I held off reviewing as I wanted to keep trying and never could get anything to last. The one thing that did last about 15 days, was putting drops of the oil on the cabin air filter. That was a little too strong to start (but I did add like 15 drops on it) and was perfect few days later. Now it had died off again. So the freshener itself, it is not worth it. It definitely does nothing for adding a scent to your vehicle. The oils are nice, but also don't last very long. I am comparing this to the Febreze vent clip-ons. Those I typically get 30 days of a moderately strong scent.

This product is very cool and works well. Depending how strong you want the scent is how much oil you need to place on the inner stone. If you park and you don't want it to keep spinning during the day, you will need to place something dark on top of the device to stop spinning during the day. Overall, I am very satisfied. I just have to see how it works in the long run.

Update from my last review and added 3 more stars. Reason to add those stars: 1. Dedicated customer service and willing to go extra mile to compensate and meet the needs of the client who have spent their hard earned money on their product. Not many sellers are customer oriented. So, adding 2 stars just for that. 2. The essential oil which Ceeniu recommended me can also be found on Amazon with 3 small bottles of essential oil which comes with 3 flavors with Light, Medium and Strong fragrance that can be used in this device with the essential oil dropper. The concentration on these oils are definitely much better than one can find in average essential oil. 3. Regardless of whether the motor is spinning or not I noticed the fresh smell lingering in my cabin with the use of those Ceeniu essential oil. AND, I added one more star for this. 4. Thus, I suggest if you purchase this device, do buy those also immediately to make the most of this product (eg. its like if you buy HP printer you make most if you use original hp ink and toner ; you can still use cheap ink in your printer but it may not last or come with good quality ) This is my own experience as I tried the other essential oil bought separately and did not work as I expected. 5. I did not give full 5 stars because it will still be little pricey when we combine the price of both buying separately but other than the price itself the value you will get is of high quality when you combine Ceeniu air Freshener with its own (Ceeniu's) essential oil. While the original item that I bought did not meet my expectations, Customer Service did reach out almost immediately, and gave me informations on troubleshooting. MANDY'S advice did work initially, but without direct sunlight the product will not work at all. She then sent me to try a SMART CAR AIR FRESHENER. This time the product is SO MUCH BETTER. It disperses the scent by way of atomization that creates an ultrasonic misting. It is battery powered and is rechargeable using a usb-c cable that is included in the package . It comes with different levels of control and can be set to SMART mode. Also included is a bottle of cologne that can last up to 4 months. Appearance and DESIGN is ELEGANT, something you can really be proud to place inside your vehicle. Overall, I'm GREATLY SATISFIED with the new product that MANDY sent me.
