It's nice to find a fish supplement with other flavors like lemon to mask any leftover fishy taste. We find that this product is great for the masking effect which makes this supplement easy to take and keep taking!

These capsules are very large. If you have trouble swallowing pills think again about ordering them.

I love these because they are very high in Omega 3's and lower in Omega 6's. I give these to my dog. I take a needle and poke the outside of a capsule and slowly squeeze out a few drops per day. He has three legs and so needs a high quality fish oil - such as this. The ingredients are dog safe, from the information I found on Google. I would say this product is the highest quality of all fish oils. I have bought this product probably one hundred times and eat time I have had fantastic results. One time I got a bottle that was rancid. But, if you make sure the item isn't stuck up in the bottle and doesn't smell rancid - you are good to go. I think this product is so high quality, I continue to buy from them anyways!

Because I don't eat Fish, my body was in need of Omega 3. I used to take a Rx but it was expensive, so my doctor recommended Nordic Naturals EPA Xtra, Lemon soft gels. I tried it for a while and didn't like the fishy taste. Also, when I put the pills in my hand just before swallowing them, my hand smelled fishy even after a brief moment of handling the pill. The fishy smell is hard to get rid of even after several hand washings. I have no choice since I dislike fishy taste and smell so i must go back to the prescription. I'm sure it's a good product if you don't mind the fish smell/taste.
