Great headtorch but be careful if you use it on max brightness
This is a great headtorch with a good range of brightnesses - so you can either illuminate half the world or keep the battery going for a long time. It seems robust and doesn't have wires running from front to back, these seem to be a common source of failure on other head torches. It's probably excessive for walking your dog but great for caving / search / illuminating relatively large areas to allow multiple people to workThe only issue is it gets hot on max brightness, sufficiently that it can melt synthetic materials such as the strap or clothing - definitely don't put it in a pocket when on max brightness!!

Excellent light and build quality
This is a great well built bit of kit. The duel light functions come in handy when moving through different terrain and doing close work. The different beam patterns can be seen in the photos.Having all the weight up front means you can feel it on your forehead more than a light with a rest battery, but certainly acceptable.

Brought it for Caving. Worth the money.
Have now used it on at least 10 caving trips in Devon and the Mendips. Some were extremely wet and muddy. Have attached it to my helmet using the Fenix stick on mount that was brought separately. Would 100% buy the headlamp again if had I to.The different power levels and beam/spread option are brilliant and the click angle adjustment works well. The build quality is very good and feels robust. Easy to adjust charge and the battery lasts.

Best headtorch on the market.
Fantastic headtorch for night fishing the dark and remote beaches on the back of the island. Worth every penny. Lightweight and very comfy. Great battery life

Brighter than The Sun!
Well not quite, but wonderfully illuminates the countryside in the cold and dark winter between my office and my home.Got it cheaper from Amazon Warehouse. Arrived with all pieces intact and after a full charge worked perfectly.Great choice of settings and easy to use. I fit it to my cycle helmet using the compatible Fenix accessory and carry it in my pocket when walking. Not using the head strap at the moment, so can't comment on how well that works.I use it for about twenty minutes most day and so far have charged it once very two weeks but only to top it up as it had not run out of juice. It seems to have good battery life.Recommended.

Great
No need to use on full power. I used on a forest night hike on the lowest setting. Perfect. On full whack it’s very bright. Battery time not really tested but I used for 3.5 hours. Slightly heavy but for the power and durability, completely acceptable. Highly recommend

Best Head Touch I have used.
This touch is the best I have used. Definitely worth that extra bit of money.
