I purchased this Shilajit for numerous of reasons. One for an energy boost and the other is it helps lower cortisol, and I sleep better at night. The taste is like the first two letters and the last two letters in it's name, but the benefits far outweigh that. I place the recommended amount under my tongue and follow that with a cup of green tea and continue on with my day. I will recommend this product

I feel like this is actually helping with my digestion issues.And it also seems like I've seen a few parasites come out of me but I'm not super sure. (This isnt marketed as a parasite cleanser, and i find conflicting info on google about its ability to do so, so take that with a grain of salt)For those of you that think supplements should taste good: this doesn’t taste terrible when stirred into a tea, but under the tongue is pretty yuck and the smell is very revolting.But when the goal is health, lots of things dont taste great 😀

I really like this product. I purchased for vitality and hormonal health. Not sure if it does what it's suppose to but so far having it in my hot lavender matcha feels great. Thought it would be sweet like honey but its not only the consistency is simalar. It doesn't change the taste of my drink so it works out perfectly.

I wasn’t sure what I was buying except was told it helps with immunity. This stuff is like sticky tar and has a weird stinky aftertaste. I rather mix with water rather then undertongue.I hope to see effects of longrun. I can not tell the difference yet. Will update later.

This item surprised me. It has a bitter taste at first but once you swallow and your own enzymes mix with it, it has a sweet after taste. I recommend this product. 1 jar lasts about 2 weeks if taken every day and night.
