Excellent Pressure
I love this shower wand! I returned 2 others because the pressure was not good. This one is as described, very high pressure. Recommend if you have issues with low water pressure.

Breaks quickly just like the other one
I first bought the other shower head that is just like this one but different brand, it's silver instead of black and it has over 12,000 reviews. That one broke within a few days, the switch you press to change the water flow stopped working. It didn't break off, it just didn't change the water flow anymore. I returned it. So I bought this one because it looked like it was sturdier from the reviews. Technically it was, it lasted a month or so but the same issue, the switch fails. Nothing happens when you press it. Instead of returning it I decided I would like to try and fix it because when working I really like it. I pried it apart and inside it is just cheap nylon/plastic that is obviously going to wear out. It's just a couple pieces and a few screws so I fixed it by fiddling with everything, not sure exactly what but probably just tightening the screws. That worked for a while but I didn't use the switch, just kept it on the pattern that I like. It broke again after pressing the switch a few times so I'm done. Piece of crap, not returning, moving on.

Poor manufacturing
I’ve bought 2 of these and both came with the ball joints over tightened to the point they couldn’t be unscrewed bc the gasket had warped.

I really wanted to like it…
I really liked the looks of it and it would of went well in my RV bathroom, however it doesn’t have a off switch/mode so I am returning it (: … So sad it’s a really nice shower head just missing the off mode!!!
