Works well for me
I needed USB3 front ports and a headphone jack for my PC. This item fits the bill. Appears to be well made and works as intended. Did not fit in my 3 1/2" bay, just a tad too wide. Could be the computer case, though. Installed in an adapter frame in a 5 1/4" bay with no problems. Cables are long enough even for larger cases. Would buy again.

Works right out of the box !
Upgraded computer with new motherboard with USB 3.0. Case front only had jacks for USB 2.0 and audio. Out with the old and in with the new !! A few minutes work with a screw drive and i am now 100% USB 3.0 !

2 Port USB 3.0 Hub HD Audio
Works well. I have a old PC Case I like, but the built in audio jacks are for the older AC97 audio and don't work with the newer motherboards that have HD audio. This device plugged right in to the motherboard and having a front audio port and USB 3 is nice. I removed the old floppy drive that has been just plugging up the hole in the case.

Sturdy metal construction & perfect fit.
I bought this device to put the USB-3.0 header on my motherboard to use. The C-Zone panel now provides easy access to two USB-3.0 ports at the front of the computer..

Headphone Jack not working properly
Headphone jack does not work properly. I have tried 3 different headphone/earphones with the same result. Plug has to be inserted in just the right way in order for the sound to work. Any slight movement of the cord results in either no sound, mono sound or very low sound quality. I bought this unit mainly for the USB ports for the front of my computer. Would be nice if the headphone jack worked.**Edit** I was able to get the headphone jack to work by using a knife to screw in the jack to a point where it worked properly. The power was off when I did this, and it took a few attempts to get it where it needed to be. Some jack inputs have small slots for a small flat blade screwdriver to fit to be able to adjust in and out, this unit does not have these. In addition, left off from my first review, I had to tap screw holes for the front holes of this unit in order to be able to attach the front 2 screws. This is maybe just a issue with my case screw hole alignment, but note that you may have to do a little fabrication if you want it to fit in the case without being wobbly when you insert a device into the front of the unit. All that being said, I have raised my review from a 1 to a 3. Actual review would be 2.5. Not bad enough for a 2 but really not that great for a 3. Nice looking little device, but shouldn't have to wrench on brand new stuff to make it work properly. I saw other reviews about problems with the audio jack problems.

Works as advertised, doesn't fit very well
This was exactly what I was looking for. My old case had an open 3.5" spot where a floppy drive used to go. I wanted to instead use it for audio connections and USB 3.0 ports, so this fit the bill nicely. The installation is not complicated, but it wasn't as easy as it should have been. It just didn't fit very well in the opening in my case. When installing it, it rubbed along the top of the opening while leaving a gap at the bottom. This tells me that it just isn't manufactured very accurately to fit. I had to pry it down while inserting it. It is in there so tightly that I really didn't even need to use screws to hold it in.

Works perfectly - looks great - solid
I added this to an old PC for my daughter so she could use her headphones without flipping the computer around and trying to find the headphone jack on the motherboard. This works perfectly on all ports and is very sturdy with a metal faceplate. It was a little challenging to fit into my 15 year old case, but looks great now that it's done. All cords were plenty long for my server case - I was worried about this. Highly recommended to give an old setup some better ergonomics.
