Exactly what I expected. The quality was good and they look great!

These can be customized for the person getting them. We stained them brown for an outdoor wedding. My candles were a little smaller so I wrapped some foam tape around them. They have a great weight and size. For getting four in the set it was a good value . They would be fun to decorate for individual events or homes.

Product was very well crafted

I purchased the "Wooden Candle Cups Classic-Style, 2-1/2 inch with 7/8 inch Taper Candle Hole , Set of 4 Ufinished Candlesticks, by Woodpeckers" in early December 2020 for $10.99. These are for standard taper candles, not "chime" candles. I specifically purchased the cups to hold fake "flameless candles--the "Wondise Moving Wick Flameless Window Taper Candles with Remote Timer, 9.5 Inches Battery Operated Real Wax LED Candles Warm Light for Thanksgiving Christmas Home Decoration Gift(Ivory, Set of 4)". The candles fit the cups perfectly, without "squeezing", and because the cup is deep, the candles were held upright. The cups are not very heavy, however, and if on a table that was bumped, they would fall over--for my needs, this was not a concern. I needed a cup that would fit on my window sills, inside the track for plantation shutters. While the wooden cup bases were just a hair too big, I could easily shave the wood down with a heavy-duty box cutter. When I get the time, I will spray paint these gold or white, but for now, they are working great. I think they are a hair over-priced, but I needed 12 of them, and at the time the larger packs were not "Prime".

Arrived on time and was as descibed. Stained well & had no imperfections.

I'm putting together a big pool party for my Monster High dolls. I tend to get carried away when I throw a party, but this time I just needed some tiny poolside tables to hold snacks, drinks, a book, or even a bottle of sunscreen, and I wanted something that I could make myself without too much effort. I bought these little candlesticks for the pedestals. I added a decorative disk for the tabletop. I stained the two pieces to match and then glued them together. After that, I sealed the little tables with clear glossy acrylic finish and added the cutest little pool party stickers to the top of each little table to give them a real summer party feel (everything bought here on Amazon). I think they turned out perfect and the base of the little candlesticks is broad enough to hold them upright without being wobbly, but also narrow enough to allow them to fit in the little cabanas I made. This was a fun little project that even a little kid could do with some supervision. Maybe my little tables will inspire another DIYer.

Arrived quickly and exactly as described. Perfect for 1/2 inch candles. I painted them myself and they needed no additional sanding.
